My first recipe using PB Crave Peanut Butter is this simple peanut butter cookies. I used Razzle Dazzle peanut butter; a twisted blend of red raspberry, wild honey, cool white chocolate and dark chocolate.

Recipe adapted from Healthy Vegan recipe
Peanut Butter Cookies
2 cups PB Crave Razzle Dazzle peanut butter
1/4 cups sugar (original recipe uses 1 3/4 cups)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal mixed with 1/4 cup warm water
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Mix together the peanut butter, sugar, salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Mix in the prepared flaxseed meal. Roll into 1-inch balls, place 2 inches apart on 2 ungreased baking sheets, and then sprinkle the tops with the extra sugar.
Bake for 9 minutes or until slightly golden brown on the edges.
Let cool completely before removing from the baking sheets.

Back in 2011, I spotted Sky's gourmet tacos truck in Koreatown. I had to stop my feet and check out. Because in my opinion, it's not very good idea to sell overpriced gourmet tacos in Koreatown. There are so many cheap and good Mexican food trucks in Koreatown. And they are selling a taco for a dollar.
For your information, El Flamin' Taco truck is one of the very popular taco truck in Koreatown.
Anyway, I tried their shrimp taco. Yes, my shrimp taco was good, I'd love to try their "open faced" burrito next time.

When I was at Hester street fair in Hollywood, I saw Valerie confections. I was so excite about it.They didn't have any samples of their pastries, but they did have some preserves to taste. I tasted and it was simply delicious. It remind me of the jams I used to eat when I was living in Japan. No high fructose corn syrup, all natural ingredients. So delicious. But I didn't get it. I got some pastries.
Orange red apricot & basil cream galette (left), and corn & cherry scone (right). I think it was $5 + $3, total $8. I can't remember, but it was somewhere between $6-$8. They were both absolutely delicious but overpriced.

Most Irritiating Moment On NASCAR TV, Besides TNT

As usual, TNT just screws more and more. The announcers don't listen to each other, poor camera shots and on the last restart of the race, a green-white-checker restart, what did we see at the beginning? A large building- probably a grandstand, instead of the cars. Great shot guys.
But the most irritating part of TNT and the other network's broadcast ticker on top of the screen showing what place everyone is in, especially late in the race. Do we really care, with 15 laps to go what place the start parkers are in, two hours after they dropped out of the race? No, we want to to the top 20 places or at least those on the same lap, like on a road course. Throughout the entire race, we see the drivers who have dropped out of the race or are 5 laps down, must we still see them at the most exciting time of the race?
Other than David Mayhew and his family, do we really need to know during the last 20 laps of the race, that he dropped out with 87 laps to go? Or do we want to see if there was a pass for 5th place or where the top drivers are?
So, to the networks, towards the end of the race but down on the drivers you show on your place ticker to the top 20 or those who are within a lap or two of the leaders. The way you do it now is irritating as hell.

Back in 2011, I spotted Sky's gourmet tacos truck in Koreatown. I had to stop my feet and check out. Because in my opinion, it's not very good idea to sell overpriced gourmet tacos in Koreatown. There are so many cheap and good Mexican food trucks in Koreatown. And they are selling a taco for a dollar.
For your information, El Flamin' Taco truck is one of the very popular taco truck in Koreatown.
Anyway, I tried their shrimp taco. Yes, my shrimp taco was good, I'd love to try their "open faced" burrito next time.

The worker recommended this so I got this. I think it was around $5. Not moist sponge cake with cream or some kind of mousse. I could eat it but I didn't enjoy eating it.
